Proposal to amend the Constitution of the SMS Association Rules

RE: Notice of Workshop and Remainder to provide comments on the constitution update by cob Thu 08 July 2021

Gentle remainder to provide your comments to me at secretary@perthmurugan.org by cob Thu 8 July 2021 with the title “Constitution Review”.

We have also arranged a workshop on 11 July 2021 at 3pm at the Multipurpose Hall, Balamurugan Temple to discuss the written comments received from members.

Following the workshop, all the comments will be presented to the lawyers to further fine-tune the document.  The updated final Constitution for the SMS will be sent to all members before 24 July 2021 for a Special General Meeting scheduled for 22 August 2021 at 3pm at the Multipurpose Hall, Balamurugan Temple.
